- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Position Title: Mechanical Engineer
- Mechanical Engineering skills, including experience in Machine Design and R&D
- PRC license is an advantage
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- With at least 3 to 5 years work experience as a site engineer in construction industry
- Project Management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Position Title: Electrical Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

- With at least 3 to 5 years work experience as a site engineer in construction industry
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Electrical Design, Electrical Engineering skills
- Proficiency in Power Distribution and Power Systems
- Deep understanding of Electricity principles

AIRCON TECHNICIAN
- Educational Requirement: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering, or related field

- Basic understanding of MEPFS systems and standard testing/maintenance practices
